The Irony of Making Fun of gods?

“Irony: you post a meme that contains an image of an Egyptian god, while stating that there are no gods 😂😂😂” – Challenger My response, it only addresses the man-made evidenceless claims, which that Egyptian god myth like all god myth claims are limited to human created fantasies. “I know this, I just found it funny that you were using an image of a god to promote atheism. Hence my remark about IRONY.” – Challenger My response, it’s not my meme by the way but it is like something I would make so you are correct there. So you know, I always add my name or state something is mine, but to me we could add any pic of any claimed god myth what’s the difference to me as the meme states they are gods are a manmade concept so adding a pic of any god myth only is bit to show the ridiculous nature of such gods and some of the Egyptian god pantheon with its half human half animals are so odd to the Abrahamic god myths that using such gods could assist theistic believers to see if the odd god is fake and not believed with no more assurances then their favored god myth that they may see that IRONY. To me, humor is a doorway to the deepest places inside of us. It can do many things there, like how it can allow you to accept hard truths. A spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down, so to say. I hypothesize this may be because we are hardwired for emotional hijacking responses as a...

The Weakening of Ancient Trade and the Strengthening of Religions?

The Weakening of Ancient Trade and the Strengthening of Religions?   When the large distance trade routes were heavily constrained. The relatively free flow of trade in Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Levant and Turkey around or shortly after 3000 years ago (Iron Age starts) becomes constrained. Due somewhat to the larger geopolitical city state destabilization and chaotic reorganization. This is when religion and culture meshes and becomes stronger and individually consolidated rather being opened and dramatically widespread. Religion was able to hone in on the specifics of their religion (rituals, practices, rules, laws, most specifically a more defined sectarianism forms of religions) that was more personal and evolved for them. This was their encapsulated way of life which now is the basis of today’s major fracture religions. These major religions of the world can still be see exhibiting this consolidated and closed end thinking like a circling of wagons; an us versus them mentality of sectarianism. What’s is Some Proof? * Around 3,050 to 2,771 years ago in China the Zhou dynasty is formed but generally it is thought to be around 1046 BCE, Wen’s son Wu and his ally Jiang Ziya led an army of 45,000 men and 300 chariots across the Yellow River and defeated King Zhou of Shang at the Battle of Muye, that officially marked the beginning of the Zhou dynasty. According to Chinese mythology, the Zhou lineage began when Jiang Yuan, a consort of the legendary Emperor Ku, miraculously conceived a child, Qi “the Abandoned One”, after stepping into the divine footprint of Shangdi. Qi was a culture hero credited with surviving three abandonments by...

Don’t Spend Your Life Chasing Invisible Shadows

Don’t Spend Your Life Chasing Invisible Shadows Belief in gods are proof that one has stopped looking for answers in reality. Generally, they favor a conceived reality which is a misrepresentation, confusion, denial, and delusion of reality from what it is to what they wish, to what they think, or to what they are told to think about “reality.” However, the conception of reality they arrive at or welcome is but a misrepresentation, confusion, denial, and delusion of reality. These such “worldviews” are made of what they think, not what is, or what they are led to believe about reality and not what actually is found in reality. Often, such flawed thinking includes what they are limited to believe, which positions one’s reality conceptions on a distorted path that under such confusion could be understood by then as real (blended fantasy with reality) even if it’s not, rather than the real truth of what reality actually is. No, instead, they have joined the world of fantasy, horribly meshing the real world and the world of make-believe. Such “worldviews” are like their own rabbit hole to know were land, in which they have become confused about what truly is or could be true and in the process of such thinking they generally see their chosen make-believe and what is true as one and the same, when they are not at all. All gods are make-believe, a blight of our own creation and yet still too many believe it was these made up gods that did the original creating, which demonstrates part of an extreme confusion about what is real. What...

Utilizing Dignity?

Utilizing Dignity   Dignity Enrichment: 1. acceptance of thinking or behavior, 2. show understanding, and 3. offer support for who and what they are.   Dignity Attacks: 1. critical challenge of thinking or behavior, 2. expose confution or irrationalism, and 3. offer rebuttal or rebuke of who and what they are. Attacking the Person? I strive to attack thinking and not people but I sometimes may use dignity attacks or character attacks about behavior or thinking people are doing. I only say things they can quickly fix or change. Then I will pressure them to change it. My point in doing this is help mirror the bad or errored thinking or behavior so they can change if they wish I try to never do it to hurt anyone as I see this as not a productive and potentially abusive. However, if I only spend my time pointing fingers have I not wasted times I could have also offered helping hands. Thus, even though somethings things need to be harshly pointed out so to is there a need to be involved in the benefit of helping where we can. May my drive to help not be somehow silenced just because there is a need to fight all that is wrong. I want to thank everyone throughout my life that have treated me with compassion and kindness. From something as simple as a smile or comforting word, to things that create impacts so big they were life altering; you have written with the pen of love across my heart and have helped me be a person who strives to also show...

Satanism More or Less

I see satanism as kind of having three main divisions: philosophic-atheistic, mystic/animistic, and theistic. I am sometimes asked by religious/theists if I am a Satanist thinking all atheists must actually be a satanist, possibly thinking if one does not believe = just don’t like, thus working for some anti-god (satanist to them), rather than the antitheist that I am, no satanism required and for most antitheists they to will likely not be satanists. I will speak for myself that I have nothing to do with satan nor do I follow satanism at all but here go, I will offer the general explanations to inform those who don’t know or are interested.
