Potentially, animism perceives all things—animals, plants, rocks, rivers, weather systems, human handiwork and perhaps even words—as animated and alive. Animism is the oldest known type of belief system in the world that even predates paganism. It is still practised in a variety of forms in many traditional societies. Animism is used in the anthropology of religion as a term for the belief system of many indigenous tribal peoples, especially in contrast to the relatively more recent development of organized religions. Although each culture has its own different mythologies and rituals, “animism” is said to describe the most common, foundational thread of indigenous peoples’ “spiritual” or “supernatural” perspectives. Understanding Religion Evolution: Animism, Totemism, Shamanism, Paganism & Progressed organized religion The above picture is my art and I am going to explain some of its imagery.   “Religion is an Evolved Product” The interconnectedness of religious thinking? So, it all starts in a general way with Animism (theoretical belief in supernatural powers/spirits), then this is physically expressed in or with Totemism (theoretical belief in mythical relationship with powers/spirits through a totem item), which then enlists a full-time specific person to do this worship and believed interacting Shamanism (theoretical belief in access and influence with spirits through ritual), and then there is the further employment of myths and gods added to all the above giving you Paganism (often a lot more nature-based than most current top world religions, thus hinting to their close link to more ancient religious thinking it stems from). My hypothesis is expressed with an explanation of the building of a theatrical house (modern religions development).   Animism is more holistic, and feminine in nature things even is nature has tricksters and malevolence it is also protective and helpful. Progressed organized religion starts and is approximately a 5,000-year-old belief system)  This was a time of astonishing creativity as city-states and empires emerged in a vast area stretching from the Mediterranean to the Indus Valley. The previous millennium had seen the emergence of advanced, urbanized civilizations, new bronze metallurgy extending the productivity of agricultural work, and highly developed ways of communication in the form of writing. In the 3rd millennium BC, the growth of these riches, both intellectually and physically, became a source of contention on a political stage, and rulers sought the accumulation of more wealth and more power. Along with this came the first appearances of mega architecture, imperialism, organized absolutism and internal revolution. The civilizations of Sumer and Akkad in Mesopotamia became a collection of volatile city-states in which warfare was common. Uninterrupted conflicts drained all available resources, energies and populations. In this millennium, larger empires succeeded the last, and conquerors grew in stature until the great Sargon of Akkad pushed his empire to the whole of Mesopotamia and beyond. It would not be surpassed in size until Assyrian times 1,500 years later. In the Old Kingdom of Egypt, the Egyptian pyramids were constructed and would remain the tallest and largest human constructions for thousands of years. Also in Egypt, pharaohs began to posture themselves as living gods made of an essence different from that of other human beings. Even in Europe, which was still largely neolithic during the same period, the builders of megaliths were constructing giant monuments of their own. If axiology is a value-based ethics system, how are the ethical values established?

Using Axiological Awareness to Assist in Argumentation. I hear some saying that the universe does not care and thus no one matters. However, the universe is not aware to make any thought or judgment of any kind. Just as a tree or rock, not understanding love does nothing to devalue love. Therefore, the universe not caring about humans is an invalid argument because it cannot be said to assess humans’ value. Because of this fact, it is disqualified to provide any valid rebuke of value or what matters. Let me make this clearer, the universe can make no assessment at all and this means nothing to the truth status of anything, such as I could say the universe does not know I exist but that expresses nothing about me existing or not. Axiology is both a philosophy and a science of value. Value to axiology, is how you make an assessment of what is good, invaluable, worth, helpful or moral and what is bad, unvalued unworthy, harmful, or immoral. Axiology can be thought of being an alternate title: theory of value. Axiology, (from Greek axios, “worthy”; logos, “science”), also called the philosophical study of goodness, or value, in the widest sense of these terms. Its significance lies (1) in the considerable expansion that it has given to the meaning of the term value and (2) in the unification that it has provided for the study of a variety of questions—economic, moral, aesthetic, and even logical—that had often been considered in relative isolation. The term “value” originally meant the worth of something, chiefly in the economic sense of exchange value, as in the work...

Interesting Message Deserves an Interesting Response.

I do truth navigation, both inquiry questions as well as strategic facts in a tag team of debate and motivational teaching. My eclectic set of tools involves: *The Hammer of Truth: ontology, epistemology, and axiology *REMS: reason, evidence, and methodological skepticism *Utilizing Dignity: strategic dignity attacks or dignity enrichments *Dialectical Rhetoric = truth persuasion (motivational teaching) Asking the right questions at the right times with the right info can also change minds it’s just you can’t just use facts all on there own. Denial likes consistency, the pattern of thinking can not vary from a fixed standard of thinking, or the risk of truth could slip in. Helping people alter skewed thinking is indeed a large task but most definitely a worthy endeavour. The Ethics of Character in arguments or debates  I wish to not simply think one-sided but strive for truth, even if I may be the one wrong.
