Fighting for People

Don’t allow anger to become an unethical behavior.

Change The World

I want to change the world leave it a better place than I found it as others do, the great thing is to me we all do because a movement is not a single person. So all may look at their contribution and be disheartened believing what they do will not really matter and will never change the world. To this, I disagree by doing what you can you have already made a change if in no one else but you. You have changed a person and the world is on its way to change with that one person thinking and acting differently affecting the world around them. To me, it is in our willful intentionally to make a positive difference we do. The world is people, we influence people all the time whether big or small movements begin and bring change by the voices of many all positive momentum is an active connected part. We may not be the one to do it all but to see it grow to fruition takes many needed parts.

You, me, everyone is a needed part of the solution!

We need to stop fighting a war on drugs and start fighting a war on poverty and homelessness, not fighting against those who are poor or homeless, but fighting for those who are financially insecure or homeless. What kind of advanced society can we claim to have when we care so little about those in need? We need to help not attack the needy. Being poor sucks I have been poor in my life and it is depressing and can feel hopeless. They are valuable fellow humans, they need a help out not put-downs. Be thoughtful in what you say, because, words once released have power, due to them being a method of transferring feelings not just ideas. Words are world builders and dramatic destructors. They can build mental castles to protect or dungeons to torment. May I strive to be kind to others with my words. And, I think back on my life, it’s not the times I was the most selfish but the times I was kind, that brighten my life. May I now make an even stronger effort to do so in all I do, as it’s so valuable to an enriched wellbeing in life.

Make a Difference

How often in life we are made to feel we can make no difference, that we are limited, and that we are powerless. Or that our only hope is the power of another, of a group, or a myth super being. Our superpower is our humanity. I wish to speak to myself if I forget and others so they remember. You already are powerful, it is fear and lies of others to say you ever had to think you were limited to powerlessness. I see the power in you and you can make a difference. If I told you would you be willing to understand? If I told you would you really want to believe me? If I told you could you handle the trouble that could come if you understand? If I told you, then you may have to change. I cannot tell you what you already know…..

You are powerful, even though you may have been trained to forget and the ones now in power are fearful if you ever remember. Because every positive thing you do makes a difference.

We as humanity must work together as one people and one human race. We can no longer sit back and watch the world burn. We are accountable for the world staying the same thus leading to extended suffering, or change the world to start alleviating suffering. For too long we have gotten comfortable with eyes of hate, which only seem to find victims, instead of eyes of love, helping us find friends. I am not calling for fighting for a political party; I am trying to inspire humanitarian flourishing not limited to even a country. As I wish to look to the big picture, that we are all global citizens, and I say it’s time we start acting like it. I, like others, promise to strive to help be the change so needed in this world. Will you join us?

There is a need to value people

I value people, there are good people who are believers, just as unbelievers who are good people. None of us have all the good people only on our side. I do think it is most beneficial to have beliefs in reality and not from bigoted filed books. But we have some atheists who are bigoted and they have no holy book to drive this flaw in thinking which one is worse?

I say we unbelievers on average put people above beliefs and the problem for myth believers is they are more prone to putting beliefs before people. I do not have to respect thinking flawed thinking of people who put beliefs before people it matters not to me if they are atheist or believers. I do sometimes block atheists who do this as I do not see just their lack of a god a factor I wish to be around if they are an un-humanistic person. I value humanistic people and don’t care if they have imaginary friends though I will actively speak out against having imaginary friends.

T. R. U. E. “The Rational Universal Ethics”

I wish to make a difference in others’ lives to give back what was given to me. I wish to bring about change in myself and others. I wish to be bold in what I believe in and to match my actions with my words. I believe that many forms of bigotry and hate such as Ethnocentrism, Racism, Sexism, Monosexism, Monogamist Prejudice, Genderism, Homophobia, Lesbophobia, Transphobia, Genderqueerphobia, and Biphobia not a phobia in the clinical sense but forms of prejudice are still major problems in the world today.

If one observes the virtues of (T. R. U. E. “The Rational Universal Ethics” or “The Responsible Universal Ethic”) that connect to all things as that of the connectedness equality like those which mirror the rays of the sun, (shining the same upon everyone offering its light to all plant, animal, human, women, men, single or married, homosexual, bisexual, heterosexual, nonreligious, religious, people of means and those without, able-bodied and those which special needs, people of color, and those who are not, those with access to resources and those which out, young and elderly, etc.) all who wish to follow T. R. U. E. thus embodying an equalitarian therapeutic ethic should strive to be like a ray of connected virtues carrying light to the world, equally to all of the world. By such a nonbiased unitive ethical approach, one would have noble feelings to help others understanding equalitarian therapeutic connectedness. This highlights Chumash ethics a west cost Native American tribe with documented indigenous connections in the US. going back at least 10,000 years or more.

If you don’t think different you will not behave differently, if you have never lived differently it is hard to see things differently thus unknowingly or not bound by limited encapsulation. This issue of equality needs more than a voice of reason; it needs the momentum of action and more action. Take the statement “A woman is as good as a man” demonstrates that as a whole society believes that a woman must prove that she is as good as a man. This thought alone proves society believes a man is good without having to prove himself. However, I like saying the statement the opposite way, “A man is as good as a woman” to many it sounds odd for it confronts learned biases and gives the impression that women are superior to men. I wish to bring change for all so no one has to prove worth to be equal.

I believe equal is a behavior and not merely a state of being. Thus everyone can be treated in an equalitarian manner and devoid of the need for the quantifying requirement of fitting someone’s value assessments to achieve an equal status.

Here is a moral absolute of mine, there is no such thing as just rape. Just as there is no just enslavement ownership of others, no more than it is somehow unethical for a mother to care for her child and by doing so not care for others. May the actions of my life be written deep with the poetry of my humanity.

Some people fight for people and some seem to just like to fight with people.

We are our best when we are showing thoughtful regard, not thoughtless indifference.

Be Virtuous to the Vulnerable and a Terror to Tyrants. Yes, be an Honorable Human.

True Morality Not the Golden Rule…

Axiology, Morality and the Dignity Being:  “Human Entity”

Axiological Ethics not Pseudo Morality

To me, true morality is not starting with an “us” or “me” focused morality, as morality is a social interaction exchange, thus it must be other focused. Some would say what about, “treating others as they should be treated?” To me, I see everyone as owning themselves all equal, in this right as humans. Moreover, to me morality is behavioral and a social property, there is no immoral thing one can do to themselves as one cannot violate themselves or their own consent as they choose their own actions. Thus, to me, all morality is about others and our interactions with them and them with us. So, morality arises in a social context with all things not that all things have the same moral weight. Therefore, moral relationships with life outside humans have a different moral weight or value. I am not worried that you will be offended by the truth, as I am at how your beliefs offend the truth. Facts are facts, so if you have nonfact beliefs fine but don’t feel bad when I question them.

Different priorities of the left and the right.

The right is concerned with respecting the individual against humanity, whereas the left is concerned with respecting the humanity of the individual. Or in other words, don’t care greed is good for some lucky individuals instead of care because charity is good for all individuals. The right thinks it is OK to live and not have humanity, the left thinks it is not OK to live without humanity.

I realized if I want to truly be multicultural I had to be culturally multiple, to better see the other!

Reject the Weakness of Anger and Open to the Strength of Kindness.

I wish to be more than the weakness of anger and instead with open arms of love welcome and support kindness as a way of life, not just a thing I do if convent. To me, it is almost never deserved rather it’s a gift. How beautiful is kindness not earned? Well, in my personal case at 17 when a thoughtful person showed me undeserved kindness and in my case it was life-changing. This kindness gift as often as I can as people matter. I wish to add value to the world and send out kindness to the world wishing to promote human flourishing as much as I can and we flourish best in acceptance, understanding, and support, may I be a good human I would be proud to be inspired by. I am wise realizing the wisest thing I have ever done was be kind, even though for me it has been so hard and I am proud to say I am a good human who strives to be kind.

May I be a kindness aficionado…

Even when I am debating people who are aggressive, I don’t generally wish to be aggressive back not for them but for the person I want to be. I do sometimes fail at this as I am not always as great at emotional intelligence as I would like to be. Ideally, I would be stoic but I am a hot head and that is something I am constantly striving for as I don’t want to abuse others even with words. I don’t try to make others look bad. I want to help others. I am intelligent and could be mean but I am also very thoughtful as well as open by nature, I also strive to be wise. Thus, I wish to be kind to others as much as I can, even those who are unkind to me, as I wish to be such a bright light of kindness that it can change lives and that is so valuable to me. I don’t want to be their leader I wish to inspire them to be their own leader and thus I see I must assist others not to attack others.

Am I a survivor?

I fell as you tripped me again and from your hate, I remove myself from such mind and being corruption freely walking into the gates of love so longed for. You have not beaten me, you cannot stop me, you don’t want me to live, to thrive, to be all the best I can be but you hate and yet I am still here, a survivor, a full life liver, a thriver, as well as a warrior for kindness and compassion, reaching the care I was rarely offered, as a gift to the ones so desperately oppressed under your harsh gaze. May we all be free and the positive best we can be, I know I am as best I can. I am here growing stronger every day. Who am I, you ask, I respond loud and proud, I am a survivor and even in these chains from my past, you will not stop me. Sometimes, we need to see the truth, that many people are liars and deniers while claiming they are believers. Once we stop seeing the dignity of others we feel free to violate them with impunity. But when dignity is a friend respect has become once path.

I am a survivor!

The eyes of the world predicted my failure but here I am, I am a survivor, No longer do I hide my face, I no longer fear a fall from your grace for I find my courage plain as day in the human race, may I be a good human. May I put truth above all and valiantly thrust a crusade or truth and caring, which will help show love can and will in the end if only in my black heart so often close to that deadman’s plank. I am a fighter, I don’t need you to save me, I don’t need your empty claims of magic in the world, a stumbling block to many, yet, I am no longer one of them, I am will to power. Say the truth plainly don’t allow pretend but do so with a caring desire to teach as one would to a friend. May I be a caring firebrand atheist. One, with an awakened humanity fully alive in my humanist heart, Desiring to Demonstrate my humanitarianism as I fully stand up for truth as a reality as well as kindness as all reality revolutionaries should, strongly speaking what is right as the truth is not pretended. I am bound by the limitations we all face but may I bravely be a good human past it all…

Ideas don’t equal People

Ideas do not have a dignity to violate. They do not have a right to exist. Humans have a dignity. Humans have a right to exist. And I honor and value human rights. Ideas ≠ People. People are profoundly unreasonable, thank goodness they were imbued with a thinking potential to overcome this defect. And what is that gift you may ask? Well, it is that we can appeal to their ability to reason, not that this always works wonders; some people seem to just champion unreason; almost as if they can’t help themselves.

Kindness is not some act I try to do, it is a way of life I strive to follow. Similarly to how one’s character is not in a single thing done but a reflection of who one is. Just like one’s value is more in whom they are as a whole than only limited to a single event or expression. I once thought no one is friendly, so I decided to be a friend. No one seemed to care, so I realize I needed to care. No one made you feel as if you mattered, so I started valuing others. I see the world I wish to live in starts with me.

Kindness, you are my friend, how I long for your embrace, the gentleness of your touch and the beauty of your face. Kindness my breath of hope made anew, how I am inspired by you and flourish under your gaze. Kindness my teacher of compassion, my path in life, how I desire to be like you, by your caring I was made into you. Kindness my sturdy tower, my reprieve in life in the final hour.

“Be Free, be Mental Dynamite.”

Philosophy should not be your master my friend; it should be your slave. I will no longer bow to an abstract not fall victim to the confusion that misses the Ontology that we are the body fully alive with every breath a self-evident absolute truth so profound it is before reason it’s the existential awareness of self-emotional aware even before any other way of awareness it is at such a core beginning we simply forward to start there confused about it or not reason or anything else that is a thinking abstraction. Hear me; we are aware before the abstraction; we are a body feeling all that is around, fully realized when one understands that there is no aware undamaged human mind that is not emoting. This includes before, during, and after you believe you are doing reason. And this also brings up the ontological or qualities of reason. Reason is a high thinking primate mental style or process to add accuracy, we learn, well most of us try to learn how to further develop our reason, the thinking strategy to not simply have a goal of accuracy it can be so developed that its use, skilled mastery is not simply finding external truth to belief accuracy one is also achieving an inward self-mastery, not over emotion as if it was reason’s enemy. No, emotion is a vitality needed part proven in brain damage studies. Reason and emotion are friends, more accurately we are emotional feeling beings that with emotional intelligence construct thinking methodologies to improve our accuracy or we should. Some people think you are trapped in you’re behavior. But take for instance I strive to be kind now even think I do a good job, generally. However, I was not always this way. I was extremely abused as a child (mainly before 13 years old by my father), and it made me suffer from mental health issues I can still battle today. I once was quite different from how you view me today, this change is after at least 20 years of on and off counseling services. One of the reasons I am good at understanding caring is much of my childhood lacked it. One of the reasons I am good at understanding kindness is I have had little in my life. One of the reasons I am good at understanding hope is I felt little of it most of my life. I don’t just blindly theorize such things, I have lived the lack of them. This upfront view has shown me a lot, demonstrating in living color of my own experiences just how important they are and why I must further their support, firstly in my actions rather than just some call for action of others alone. Kindness used to be against my nature as a high functioning sociopath (some likely genetic most helped by my suffering abuse), but through reason, I am changed into something more than me, not a victim of my nature, I am better than merely my nature. Do all you can to help others as people matter and don’t forget you are one of the most valuable of those people that need your best too. It’s amazing how one can allow themselves to treat themselves in ways others than they would do to someone they cared about but we should be friends to ourselves first then spread such care out to the world hopefully inspiring others to do the same. I can’t stand the harmful ways of the world. Be the best you can I do all I can. One is hardly ever shown the door to glory getting the rewards due, good thing I am a bit thug by nature. So, I will fucking break into the closed minds, even though they wish to keep me out and want to deny my thinking truths, to keep me out, but I am not stopping my intrusive flow as you have already seen the undeniable truths in my wisdom you so wish to dent as much as you try. I have an ego like the lights above, and yet you feel my mental flames as the fire spits from every word you mental earworm one word and past your defenses I grow. You see the need for change, her that truth call out loud and don’t let a word pass gold one to try as a character like Ebenezer Scrooge which need change free your own bran as I can’t stand likes pushed as truths and the similar harmful ways of the world so I fight with all I can. Be the best you can I do all I can. I may be a champion of rationality but this is not all I am. I live by my heart but I also follow the valid and reliable reason as well as the evidence available. And strive to preposition any belief to them. This is true that even if I could affirm I was completely in error. I will let that belief go or updated as required because I am a truth seeker. I wish to be a friend to the world. I offer myself, all I have, hoping to do all I can. Often kindness is a gift, an act of love, honoring the valued dignity of others. Eyes of hate will always find a victim, whereas eyes of love may always find a friend. One cannot simply demand respect for their character, instead, it requires that one must demonstrate it’s virtue. Even if one has a mind of a worrier but not the heart of kindness, still must learn what is worth fighting for. Love as ones thinking strategy is a feeling that can motivate a generosity of spirit which then compel my kindness. I am a thinking rule breaker, I am a deep question risk taker, I am a mental freedom firestarter, and I am a mental riot maker.

Fairness, thus an equality of respect, seems to hold a high status in the call for justice.
As an atheist how can you claim human rights, Damien?

“If other human beings don’t ‘give’ you your ‘rights’ then where do they come from? If you mean the ‘rights’ enshrined in the Constitution then they are said to come from God (at least according to the Declaration of Independence). But you assert ‘rights’ that ‘all people deserve’ – according to who, and on what basis? Can we all simply assert ‘rights’ to which we claim entitlement for no other reason than we believe we ‘deserve’ them? Perhaps you could enumerate the ‘rights’ to which you think ‘all people’ are entitled and see whether ‘all people’ agree that ‘all people’ are indeed ‘entitled’ to (deserve) those ‘rights’? ‘Rights’ are a nebulous concept – see my book Freedom v A Tyranny of Rights. It may be helpful in understanding the hype surrounding these things called ‘rights’.” – Challenger

My response, You mist have never read The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. “Article 1. “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.” ref

Moreover, human rights, to me, involve a proclamation/social-emotional awareness such as emotional/social intelligence (likely empathy motivated, whether cognitive and/or emotionally derived will generally be involved in such moral/social reasoning) to the self ownership due all people as a way to honor the dignity being they are and it is an eventual aspect in pro-social exchange in a social dynamic which is needed to positively navigate social actions with others in social groups.

“The Government gives you any rights you think you have, but take them away anytime they please. You don’t have rights, you think, do, and say what the government tells you to. You are free to do as you’re told.” – Commenter

My response, the fact a government can, like any brute violate the rights of others changes little to the rights one deserves and it is still immoral.

What is Homelessness?

Is it simply lacking a shelter such as a covering over one’s head? If so, is someone standing or sleeping under a bridge or some other covering no longer homeless? I would think not but then again I am wondering what is homelessness? If it is having shelter on all sides, are those in a box or a tent no longer homeless? I still cannot see that, as being correct. Therefore, it is more than cover, is it not? Homelessness seems to be a deeper issue, state of living, or state of experience that must be involved outside of just the aspect of shelter.

Therefore, homelessness would seem to not simply mean you are sheltered, as one can be sheltered by squatting in an abandoned building and that mere shelter from the elements would not convince anyone that you are no longer homeless. Could we then say having a HOME is something that offers a place where you can feel a measure of safety, security, and comfort? As the shelter aspect seems inadequate, seen in how people who get temporary housing in a homeless shelter does not remove their status of homeless does it? Homeness, could then be said to involve maintaining regular, safe, secure, and adequate personal residence not only for one’s person but one’s things. Then I wonder, do we know what this deeper issue is hiding behind the loaded term homelessness really is? We must at some level as most people can hear the word homelessness and feel they know what it is, do they not?

Homelessness, it would seem attaches to a connotation of risk or crisis, simply help is needed ASAP. However, do most people think about its meaning or just use it as a convenient label that is provided for them to classify others who are not living the accepted norms of society? Are they seen on the boundaries of society or worse, not even seen as a part of society? Ask yourself, are homeless seen as part of society? If not, why? This makes me wonder is there something one must do, be, or have to keep or be added as a part of accepted society? If there is, how can we not ask who gets to decide and why?

Next, the question that should be asked is what justification is there for this acceptance into or part of society and is it a true ethical one or just an authority power driven one that has no ethical standing? Can we really look at fellow humans in need and say they are not equal and deserving of care? How do we act or should we act in natural disasters, when people are also in need, does an ethical standard to help only apply to “special persons” seen as not on the boundaries of society before the event in natural disasters or do we simply help all in need regardless of some status? If we can see an ethical motivation to help sometimes, why and how do we ethically justify this ethical society awareness to only be expressed occasionally? If such a persuasion is true, to me it is not a temporary thing but instead a deeper truth of ethical concerns in societal behavior. Therefore, again I am back to asking what is homelessness? I see the name homelessness itself, as one of the problems for it is a class segregation label of have and have not. Thus, I will stop calling the issue homelessness; I believe that my fellow humans in need are the materially abandoned.

My restating the term from homelessness to the materially abandoned is to enhance the awareness of social responsibility and impress upon society the ethical motivation to assist in providing for our fellow humans in need, instead of just seeing it as the problem of the homeless person’s self-responsibility for being materially abandoned in society. To me, the materially abandoned can involve living on the street and in places not meant for human habitations such as cars and abandoned buildings, staying in emergency shelters, transitional housing. However, this can also involve insecure residence like living in motels or unsure about living statuses like depending of temporary residence with family, friends, or other non-relatives.

The Human Right to Housing: In 1948, the U.S. led the world in shaping the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which provides, among other things, that “everyone has the right to an adequate standard of living…including the right to housing. However, the following year, the 1949 federal Housing Act stated a goal of a decent housing and suitable living, but never enshrined this as a right for every American. As stated by National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty, this continuing travesty of humanity is “Simply Unacceptable”: Homelessness and poverty is not a crime and the Human Right to Housing must be acknowledged and acceded upon in the United States.

On Monday, May 11, 2015 the U.N. Human Rights Council reviewed America’s compliance with its human rights obligations, raising concerns about the criminalization of homelessness and poverty as well as the lack of adequate housing in America.

Members of the U.N. Human Rights Council recommended America amending laws on criminalization of homelessness that are not in conformity with human rights standards. There was a call for America to reduce poverty and ensuring access to adequate housing, this included a specific called for addressing discriminatory housing conditions, and numerous countries called for America’s ratification and implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights, including the right to housing, and addressed police targeting and brutality against homeless, poor, and minority communities. A concern was addressed in regards to Housing First as the best way to prevent criminalization of homelessness and negative police interactions with homeless persons.

Overall, the U.N. Human Rights Council review showed the whole world sees the connection between the criminalization of poverty and the underlying conditions of lack of adequate housing, healthcare, and education in our communities, stated Senior Attorney at the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty. “As acknowledged in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we cannot make progress on civil rights without addressing economic rights as well.”

A U.N. Human Rights Council official stated America holds itself up as a leader on human rights, and must walk the walk as much as America talks the talks.

What Makes a Good Person Great? Good people do good in their own lives and the lives of others. Great people do good by helping others do good in their lives and the lives of others.

I was homeless once, only about a week. But it was during winter freezing temp living in a car, having to hide under a mountain of all my clothes, so I did not die. I also once, other time about a week a different time, well it was the next week I when without food only a cheap loaf of bread having to ration the peaces of bread, to spread them out to last a full week. So, I do personally feel for homeless persons.

I do not hate simply because I challenge and expose myths or lies any more than others being thought of as loving simply because of the protection and hiding from challenge their favored myths or lies.

The truth is best championed in the sunlight of challenge.

An archaeologist once said to me “Damien religion and culture are very different”

My response, So are you saying that was always that way, such as would you say Native Americans’ cultures are separate from their religions? And do you think it always was the way you believe?

I had said that religion was a cultural product. That is still how I see it and there are other archaeologists that think close to me as well. Gods too are the myths of cultures that did not understand science or the world around them, seeing magic/supernatural everywhere.

I personally think there is a goddess and not enough evidence to support a male god at Çatalhöyük but if there was both a male and female god and goddess then I know the kind of gods they were like Proto-Indo-European mythology.

Why Does Power Bring Responsibility?

Think, how often is it the powerless that start wars, oppress others, or commit genocide? So, I guess the question is to us all, to ask, how can power not carry responsibility in a humanity concept? I know I see the deep ethical responsibility that if there is power their must be a humanistic responsibility of ethical and empathic stewardship of that power. Will I be brave enough to be kind? Will I possess enough courage to be compassionate? Will my valor reach its height of empathy? I as everyone, earns our justified respect by our actions, that are good, ethical, just, protecting, and kind. Do I have enough self-respect to put my love for humanity’s flushing, over being brought down by some of its bad actors? May we all be the ones doing good actions in the world, to help human flourishing.

I create the world I want to live in, striving for flourishing. Which is not a place but a positive potential involvement and promotion; a life of humanist goal precision. To master oneself, also means mastering positive prosocial behaviors needed for human flourishing. I may have lost a god myth as an atheist, but I am happy to tell you, my friend, it is exactly because of that, leaving the mental terrorizer, god belief, that I truly regained my connected ethical as well as kind humanity.

Cory and I will talk about prehistory and theism, addressing the relevance to atheism, anarchism, and socialism.

At the same time as the rise of the male god, 7,000 years ago, there was also the very time there was the rise of violence, war, and clans to kingdoms, then empires, then states. It is all connected back to 7,000 years ago, and it moved across the world.

To me, the “male god” seems to have either emerged or become prominent around 7,000 years ago, whereas the now favored monotheism “male god” is more like 4,000 years ago or so. To me, the “female goddess” seems to have either emerged or become prominent around 11,000-10,000 years ago or so, losing the majority of its once prominence around 2,000 years ago due largely to the now favored monotheism “male god” that grow in prominence after 4,000 years ago or so.

My Thought on the Evolution of Gods?

Animal protector deities from old totems/spirit animal beliefs come first to me, 13,000/12,000 years ago, then women as deities 11,000/10,000 years ago, then male gods around 7,000/8,000 years ago. Moralistic gods around 5,000/4,000 years ago, and monotheistic gods around 4,000/3,000 years ago.

To me, animal gods were likely first related to totemism animals around 13,000 to 12,000 years ago or older. Female as goddesses was next to me, 11,000 to 10,000 years ago or so with the emergence of agriculture. Then male gods come about 8,000 to 7,000 years ago with clan wars. Many monotheism-themed religions started in henotheism, emerging out of polytheism/paganism.

Gods?

“Animism” is needed to begin supernatural thinking.
“Totemism” is needed for supernatural thinking connecting human actions & related to clan/tribe.
“Shamanism” is needed for supernatural thinking to be controllable/changeable by special persons.

Together = Gods/paganism
