I am totally open about my open marriage. I have been non-monogamous in my marriage for almost 10 years, it’s not a one type thing for me it evolves like most relationships it grows and develops it’s a dynamic persuasion. I think society is also evolving to accept even kind of beginning to support if. But as far as I know it’s is not gained legal protections but it should just like any marriage or legal union; as people own their own bodies and should always have rights to what they do with it or not. Damien, you need to understand, one can be polyamorous and involved in multiple romantic relationships and still cheat on your partners, even if they are themselves polyamorous. Therefore calling it ethical non-monogamy is just ridiculous to me, polyamory is not linked to ethics… Wrong, ethical monogamy is when one is not cheating and ethical non-monogamy is when one is not cheating. Being ethical is directly relational to one’s behaviors not being dishonestly characterized by lack of trustworthiness being deceptive. Which are unethical behaviors? Personal ethics might also be called morality, since they reflect general expectations of any person in any society, acting in any capacity.
