The USA claims it’s a country built on the rule of law, but instead, its foundations were formed on violations, breaking, or ignoring some (17 Pre-Revolutionary 1621-1774) 368 ratified treaties (and over 500 total agreed-upon unratified treaties) with Native American tribes from 1776 up until 1871, with major violations of dozens of treaties and agreements continuing through to the present day. USA law actively supported this injustice, as seen in the 1903 Supreme Court ruling Lone Wolf v. Hitchcock, which affirmed Congress’s power to unilaterally break treaties. And… The USA rejects or ignores International laws, in general, too! The United States rejects the ICC’s jurisdiction and threatens to impose sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC). The United States routinely rejects or withholds support from nonbinding UN declarations and international agreements. The U.S. has also declined participation in certain UN human rights review processes to protect domestic autonomy and sovereign infrastructure. The U.S. previously withdrew from the World Health Organization (WHO) and over 60 other international bodies or global organizations.
